lifetime trailmaps is not a samsung dealer and does not warranty devices.  manufacturer's defects are handled by the manufacturer, not lifetime traimaps.  please make sure to register your device with samsung upon receipt.

Return & Exchange Policy
Non-Activated Devices: a non activated device May be returned, unopened, in original, unopened packaging within 14 days of original purchase date for refund,  minus original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. 

Activated Devices: an open and/or activated device in brand new condition** May be returned within 14 days and will incur a minimum 35% restocking fee, to be determined upon inspection. 

Un-opened Exchanges:  All un-opened and non-activated devices may be returned and exchanged for another in stock device.  Exchanges will incur a $45 flat fee as well as  shipping charges on the new device.

Lifetime Trailmaps does not accept any responsibility for errors, omissions, or positional accuracy.  Lifetime Trail Maps does not accept liability for any loss, damage, death or other negative occurrence as a result of using LIFETIME TRAILmaps including trespassing on private property. trails and /or routes may be removed or reworked at any time without notification.  There are no warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose, accompanying this product. Our trail and track data is not permitted to be removed from the device, distributed or copied to another device at any time.  By accepting, setting up and using our product, you agree to the terms set forth in this disclaimer.
